My plans for Christmas break.

On winter break I'm staying home relax and watch the NFL. I will also have Rosa go over with my daughter and spend time together. On my free time I'm going shopping for my brother, sister,mom and Rosa's family. One thing I'm going to hate is that I'm working Christmas eve and New Years that going to suck. I wish I didn't have to work so I could celebrate and spend all night with them. I will tell Rosa to wait to open baby's present till the next day so I could see them and be there with Daisy so we could take pictures.

The book Ill read over my break.

I don't know what book I will read over my Christmas break. I'm thinking I will just practice the DVM book. I need to practice it better because I keep forgetting the answers for the test. If I have some time I will grab one of Daisy's book's and read it to her. Daisy likes it when they read to her she pays attention and stays quiet. I will read her a book when I go over to visit her. Well I'm not coming to school so I will have more time to spend with her.

Evaluate the end of the book.

I think it was a good book. This book had drama, comedy, action and lots of bad words. I'm not much of a reader but I was really into the book. The book was perfect the only thing I dind't like It was the end he needed to add more to it ; he needed a better ending. The rest was good I learend lots of thing's of this book. I also learnd a lot about the natives and their life.

Indian reservations are areas of land given to Native American tribes by the United States government. In the 1850-60s the government decided to move Indian's to land that they are unwanted by settlers. Many of the tribes did not want to move to new lands and refused. Soon the government sent in the U.S. Army to force them to move to the new reservation lands. This caused many bloody wars between the Indians and the U.S. Army. Eventually most Indians did move to the reservations. Today reservations are run by their own tribal council and less than half of Indians live on the reservations. Many of the Indians who live on the reservations live in large Western cities, like Phoenix and Los Angeles.

Arnold.

Arnold's family is not supportive with him. The parent's are alcoholics. they don't listen to him. They also don't really spend time with him like go out to parks or places. The parent's care more about other stuff then him. Arnold his a kid that's going trough so many things and they don't really talk to him about problems that they're having.

What im doing today.

Well today I'm going to go with Rosa to the mall when we get out of class. We'll go walk around and get some clothes for Daisy. She's growing pretty quick so all here clothes doesn't really fit her. Then we'll go look for some clothes for Rosa and I. After that will go get something to eat. When were done I'm going to go visit my daughter for a a couple of hours. I would like to stayed for a while but I just got out of work and then I have to go to work again tonight. I don't want to be all sleepy at work because then I'll mess up. So I'm just going to go home and get some sleep for tonight.

New Christmas

My Christmas would be kind of the same. I would just add a couple of different things more. Everyone had to thank like if it was Thanksgiving. The whole family should pray to god for giving them another year of Christmas together with the family their together. Everyone should have the same amount of presents so no one will feel bad.

Last night at work.

Last night when I got to work the store was dark. The store had yellow tape on the front doors, the type of tapes the cops use on crime scene's so no one can pass . There was only two big white vans and my manager's car parked. I though something bad happened. Then I found out that the store was close because they were putting new computer's in the store. The whole night I didn't really do nothing but clean the store. I finished early so I just relaxed all night. The guys that were putting new computer's finished like at 5:30 a.m. I just pump gas for like thirty minutes. Only like five cars got there to get gas then my shift ended so I went home.

What i like doing on my free time.

I like watching TV or movies I rent from that red box. I also like listening to music and relaxing on my room and write some lyrics. I also like spending time with Daisy and Rosa at Rosa's house. Another thing I like doing is playing basketball with my friends. I also like to sleep and get some rest so I won't be all tired at work .

My weekend.

I had a good Thanksgiving. I actually slept better because I didn't have to come to school this whole week. On Thanksgiving I had some one to cover for me at work, so I could of spend time with my family. I also didn't want to be there Friday morning because I knew it was going to get busy, especially there on Lancaster road. I also spend lots of time with my daughter. The food I had for Thanksgiving was good. My family doesn't really like turkey so insted my mom cooked mexican food for us.

10 things im thankful for.

First I'm thankful for having a good mom. Shes been really good to me and my brothers and support us even in the times that my dad wasn't there to help us. Second I'm thankful for having a beautiful daughter. I'm also thankful for being with Rosa because with out her my daughter wouldn't be here today. Shes is also a good mother to Daisy. I thank my mother and law for taking care of my daughter while Rosa is in school. Shes a good grand mom and a mom to Rosa all ways helping her when she needs help. I'm thankful of my friends and family for being there for me when I need them and even when I don't. My Little brother and my sister. They were there on sad times and on the happy times we spend together growing up. Im also thankful for being here today.

Thank's Giving vacation

I'm staying home and chill with my family. I'm also going to sleep better because when I get out of work I don't have to go to class. On Thanks Giving I'm not going to spend lots of time with my family. I work Wednesday night and Thursday night so that's going to suck .Ill probably go shopping on black Friday. Yeah that's what im doing on thank's giving night

Arnold and Rowdy

Arnold seems to be nice kid and always happy. Rowdy has no love from anyone and looks like he hates his life. Arnold is a friendly Indian kid that is friendly with everybody. Rowdy likes fighting with every body and all ways protecting Junior. The difference is that Rowdy is mean and Junior is a nice kid.

The absolutely true diary of a part-time Indian

The title means that the book its about an Indian's true diary I thing the author called the book like this because its about his life. This book is based on Sherman's life that's why he called it like that. Another reason why is because when your reading the book it has pictures like a diary.

Technology

Its a good thing having all this electronics we have now . I think it'll be different to live with out electronics. I will probably be bored specially without no TV, phone, transportation, and computers. It is a big difference now to how it was before. I think people had to struggle more on communicating and transportation.

Junior's reservation

I think that theirs more Indians than whites. The Indians are poor and the white people are rich.It sound like its a small place with lots of trees. I think ill be boring to live there. It sound like theres noting to do there. I would like to live there. Theres lots of hate from the whites to other races.

Moving

When I moved from Chicago I was sad. Moving is a bad thing specially when you have lived there mostly all your life. It feels bad leaving all your friends and family. When I moved to Oregon all my family was there with us. They were all sad. Some of my aunts and uncles were crying. My mom started crying too. It looked like she did not want to leave. I would like to go back one day. Hopefully in two years I could take Rosa and my daughter Daisy to visit.

Junior

Junior is a 14 year old Indian kid. He's poor and he hates it. He's also lonely in school and don't have lots of friends. He was born with water on his brain. He has mental problems and kids will called him names because of that. Junior is more like a geek than a popular kid in school.

Why I wasent at school yesterday.

I wasn't her yesterday because I had to get my flu shot. I got out of work and slept till 11:00am. I woke up and went to get my shot. There was lots of people getting there shots. I was not going to get it but I had too because I'm allways around Daisy. They said whoever is around a baby has to get it that's why I got it.

My life

My name is Antonio Fajardo. I was born on 1992 in Chicago Illinois. Mom and dad were poor so we lived in the projects. I grew up around gangs so i seen lots of thing. One of the scariest thing that happened was that the house we were staying at got shoot at. I remember I had just got back from my friends house. I walk in the house started playing the video game with ma little brothere. My mom and sister were in the living room my dad was in jail so he wasn't there. Two minutes later i heard shots mom and sister were screaming. I grab my brother and push him to the floor then i craw to the living room to check on my mom and sister but they were okay . Then we herd sirens the cops got there and started asking questions. They also show us the house it was all shoot up. There was more things I being true two or three weeks earlier from when they shoot my house. I was hanging with some friends on there porch and and some other friends i knew pass in front of us so I went to say hi to them I walk back to the porch then they kept walking. A car started speeding I remember it was a white car. A black guy pulled out the window yelling at them an shot my friend Jerry. He did die they shoot him on the leg we ran over there and help him. The ambulance go there and took him to the hospital

Fugitives

The book that I'm reading is call fugitives. This book its about some brothers that escape from juvie. The kids are trying to get to their aunt's house. Their trying to get there without getting caught by the feds. I like this book i haven't read it all but it looks like is going to be good. I like that the book starts with action. They're other books that are bored at the beginning. Then the drama and action starts when the book its about to finished.

Halloween

For Halloween I'm going trick or treating with my daughter and Rosa's family.
I'm hoping it dosent rain.If it rains I guess we aret going and that will suck.
The bad thing about it is that I work. Halloween is a bad day for people that work graveyard.They're lots of crazy people you got to deal with.Even when its not Halloween they're lots of crazy people aways trying to fight with you.I'm just hoping nothing will happened. That's all I'm doing for Halloween.

The portrait

This poem is called the portrait. This poem its about a man that kills himself in a public park. The man leaves his wife pregnant. Then his wife had anger for him because of what he did. Then the girl is born with out a dad. One day she goes throug the moms stuff an finds a picture of him. The mom gets mad and rips the picture then slaps her.

The author wrote this so parents wont take their life leave their kid's alone because they sufer allot with out them.This poem was wrote by the girl that stayed with out her dad. I liked the poem. I think it was good.

what am i doing this weekend?

This weekend I'm going to chill with my daughter and Rosa and watch movies.
I'm also going to study the DMV book so I could get my permit to drive. Another thing that I'm going to do is go with Rosa to her friend's house . This weekend I have to work Saturday and Sunday night. Thats another thing I'm doing this weekend.

A song I like will be the day of unity. In this song the rapper talks about how much he misses his baby girl and family because his in prison. He also talk about what the system is doing to to him and other people. Another thing he talks about is that the system is scare off mexicans uniting. I relly like his music because hes been rapping since 1995 and hes also the first rapper that made a CD in prison. Every thing hi says make sense and its true. He raps about his life and he all ways tells kids to stay off gangs and stop killing each other because were all from the same race.

why do people rite poetry.

Why I think people write poetry because of the money. There's other people that they have lots problems and things in their head that they just start writing about them to express their feeling.

A tradition I enjoy is Christmas.In Christmas all my family gets together and have a big party.
We all have Mexican food like tamales and posole and other foods the family cook. We have lots of fun and at midnight kids and everyone gets to open their presents.

Emergency i been in.

Last year in the summer, I had an accident with my knee.
I was taken to the hospital not in an ambulance but one of my friend took me.
On the way over there my knee was in lots of pain and every time the car will turn or go over a bump it would hurt more. At the hospital they told me that it was bad but I was still going to be able to walk. The doctor put something on my leg to keep my leg straight. Then they let me go home after a couple of hours. When I got home I wasn't able to do anything but just stay in the same place. I remembered that every night I would let my family sleep because it would hurt really bad and I would get cramps in my leg. Months later, it got better but it still hurts sometimes when I tried to jump or run or when my knee gets cold it just starts hurting sometimes I have to wear some sweats under my jeans to keep my leg warm.

A place i dont want to go again.

A place i will like to go again is i will never go again will be the hunted house.
the last time i was there they scared me good. I got so scared with this one guy that creept behind me and yelled right next to my ear.

The place i consider home.

The place I consider as my home would be Chicago. Well I was born and raised there so I consider it as my home. It feels good being there because there are lots of people and lots of things to do in that big city. Another thing mostly all my family and friends live there. My favorite thing to do there was going to the lake on the 4th of July on my birthday and watch the fireworks with my friends and family.

China

If I could choose any where to go outside the united states I would choose China.
I would love to go to China because its a nice place and it has pretty city's.
They have good food nice people and lots of pretty building in the city.
I think ill be nice living out there and learning their language.

most embarrasing thing

My most embarrassing moment was when I was playing basketball in middle school.
I was playing with some friends in the gym and there were lots of people there just watching us play. Well what happened was that some guy from my team threw the ball and hit me. The ball hit me right on the face and left it all red. Every one was laughing.

Favorite things about the fall

My favorite thing about the fall is that its not too cold and not too hot.

I also like it when the leaves start falling off the trees. Another thing I like about it is that you could go out with the family and trick or treat. I also like staying up at night and watch scary movies on Halloween.

Why people become adicted.

I think people become addicted to drugs because they're pressured by friends or just stressing and having problems.
They start using drugs so they could be cool around their friends or people that have problems to forget about them. The bad thing about it is that when you take it the first time then your body keeps asking for more and more. That's how people get addicted to drugs.

why is school important.

I think school is important because you could find a good job with good pay.
Another reason why school is important because you learn lots of stuff you need to know in life.
I come to school because I want to get my GED. I also want to own my own construction company and store to have enough money to support my family.

Dedication

Dedication to me means that I will dedicate my time to my family.
I will also be dedicated to school. Another thing I'm going to dedicate myself to is making money for my children.

favorite food

My favorite food is Mexican tacos.
Tacos are so good they because they get you full and you don't have to eat alot of them.
I like my tacos with onion ,cilantro,hot sauce and a little bid of lettuce.

If i could have any job in the world it well be a store owner.
That will help me with my bills and to put my kids through college.
Another reason why is because I could be my own boss and don't worry about no one bossing me around telling me what to do.

Most important influence.

Rosa is one of the person that's very important to me. She's a fun girl to hang out with. She's always helping me when Iam feeling sad tries her best to keep me happy. She's also a good mom to my daughter.

Parents should be there for their kids. They should work to have a home and food for their kids. They should protect them and teach them manners so they won't grow up and be rude to people. They also should help them with their home work and school work so their kids can pay more attention to school so they won't end up dropping out.

wat i think about obama's speech.

It was a good speech. I liked the speech because he was talking about school and staying on it.
Another thing that i liked about the speech that he talked about his life. He wants kids to stay in school and get good jobs.

I love spending time with my family. I like taking them out for walks and to stores.

this summer

I had fun with Rosa and my baby Daisy. This summer was my best summer because i had my baby and spended lots of time with her.

my week

My week has been good .
I been working and going to appointments with my girlfriend.
We found out this week that were having a little girl so im happy about that.
